The CX75 emulator pack is now available for download from the Siemens Developer Portal. You need to register in order to download.
The emulator-pack download also includes some new themes and wallpapers which are also compatible with all X65-phones with a 132x176 display-resolution. The two new themes are called "Impulse Star" and "Geometric Blue" and you can download them from themes.modopo.com for free if don't want to download the full emulator pack or don't want to register.
